      REAR WHEEL HOUSING AND LADDER STRAP. The SeaSucker Rear Wheel Housing and Ladder Strap serves as an upgrade to the standard Velcro strap included with various bike racks. It offers a secure and stable hold by utilizing a ladder strap and buckle system for securing the rear wheel. This product is designed for easy installation by replacing existing housing and strap components to enhance bike transport security.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Constructed with a durable 25" aluminum front wheel mount and a 1/2” thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) body, the design balances strength with lightweight performance. These materials ensure long-lasting durability and are suitable for rooftop, trunk, or hatchback mounting applications.

      INSTALLATION. Installation involves removing the existing rear housing by unscrewing four screws and replacing it with the new rear wheel housing, which comes pre-assembled with the ladder strap. No drilling is required, making the process straightforward and manageable with basic tools such as a screwdriver.

      APPLICATION. Designed for universal use with some adaptation possibly needed. Compatible with wheels up to 29" excluding boost hubs (15x110mm). It fits standard road, cross, and MTB wheels, and requires additional MTB or road plugs for specific through-axle sizes.
