An excellent and simple way to maximize your Super Duty’s engine power and reinforce throttle response is to upgrade to the S&B Cold Air Intake with Dry Extendable Filter. This intake system features an innovative design with swapped locations of the intake box and battery, allowing it to not only be closer to but also directly in line with the front air inlet for improved air dynamics. It outflows the factory intake by 55.97% as it is cleverly engineered so that cooler, oxygen-rich air can be efficiently directed into the engine for more powerful combustion.
Computer Re-Tuning Not Required. S&B engineered this cold air intake kit to allow your engine to properly operate with stock calibration or enhanced tuning. This system was also designed to avoid check engine lights with its properly mapped Mass Air Flow Sensor.
Massive Air Filter. This Cold Air Intake Kit comes with a massive, highly-efficient air filter, which protects your engine from small particulate matters. It comes in an 8-layer Dry Extendable media with a silicone top for long-lasting durability. It is also designed for high volumetric efficiency and faster velocity to intensify the cooler air charge.
Innovative Design and Premium Construction. S&B built this intake kit with a fully-enclosed airbox that protects the filter from dirt and keeps out the engine heat. The high-flow intake tube has minimal bends as it connects to the turbo inlet, resulting in significant improvements compared to the restrictive stock intake. Additionally, the signature large, clear lid provides easier monitoring and uses a rubber lid seal to keep out the power-robbing engine heat.
Simple Installation With No Drilling. Featuring a hassle-free installation, this Cold Air Intake with Dry Extendable Filter fits into your Super Duty’s factory mounting locations with no drilling required. The installation completes using standard hand tools and light to moderate mechanical skills.
