The Royalty Core Bumper Grille Insert with an optional 20-inch LED light bar enhances the front end of the truck by replacing the factory bumper grille with a durable, functional, and visually striking component. It improves airflow to the engine while protecting radiator and front-end components from debris and impacts. The integrated LED light bar is available for added illumination and enhanced visibility in various driving conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from corrosion-resistant 12 gauge stainless steel with CNC precision machining, this grille features a hand-finished gloss black powder coat or polished stainless steel finish depending on configuration. The mesh is woven stainless steel wire designed to maximize airflow while delivering superior durability. The grille’s surfaces are buffed to a deep mirror shine, and details vary based on selected options.
Installation. Installation utilizes factory mounting points for a secure fit. The grille includes all necessary hardware and detailed instructions to facilitate an efficient installation process.
