      Description

      Leveling Kit Overview. The ReadyLIFT 2.25-Inch Forged Torsion Front Leveling Kit with Heavy-Duty Fabricated Upper Control Arms provides an excellent upgrade to achieve a lifted and leveled stance on your heavy-duty truck. Designed to improve suspension geometry while maintaining factory ride quality, this kit combines forged torsion keys with durable upper control arms to enhance strength and reliability. It supports up to 2.25 inches of front lift and allows for larger tires.

      Construction and Appearance. The upper control arms are crafted from laser-cut and CNC-bent .125-inch 4130 chromoly plate steel with a tab and slot boxed design for added strength and longevity. Heavy-duty spring-loaded ball joints ensure durability and long-lasting performance. The Terrain Control Technology (TCT) pivots are self-lubricating and maintenance-free, incorporating a free float inner bushing and side biter washers. CNC machined billet aluminum cover caps protect the ball joints from road debris, providing a rugged, professional finish.

      Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and typically takes about 5 hours, not including alignment and wheel/tire assembly. No drilling is required. It is strongly recommended to perform an alignment after installation to ensure proper vehicle handling, safety, and tire wear.

      Application. This leveling kit fits 2011 through 2019 Silverado 3500 HD trucks and is designed for trucks with 0 to 8 inches of front lift.
