Balanced Lift. If you want a level lift kit without any unnecessary extras, then the Rough Country 2.5 in. Leveling Lift Kit is a great option. It provides a 2.5 inch height elevation while balancing the front end with the back of your late-model 2WD or 4WD Sierra for a factory quality ride. Gain more ground clearance now that you've got bigger tires, up to 285/70 in size.

Long Lasting Materials. Rough Country includes fabricated lift blocks in the kit, which are not only heartier than their cast equivalents but also have a longer lifespan. The system, with its new design featuring 2-in. lower strut extensions, comes with a lifetime replacement warranty, giving you confidence in the quality materials and craftsmanship.

Bolt-On Installation. For your convenience, Rough Country includes all parts necessary for the simple installation in the Leveling Lift Kit, from the strut mount extensions to the upper strut spacers, to the lift blocks, U-bolts, and hardware. The bolt-on installation is a cinch as the system does not require a strut compressor. Only simple hand tools are needed.

Application. Rough Country's 2.5 in. Leveling Lift Kit is made for 2007 to 2018 2WD or 4WD GMC Sierras, with the exception of models with Auto Ride or Auto Leveling Systems. Please select which type of control arms you have on your Sierra from the options above.

    Ask a Question

I have a 4x4 2015 Silverado 1500 LTZ. Will this 2.5 in. Level lift kit actually level my truck? My local shop told me it would lift the truck up to accommodate bigger tires but still leaves the rake where the rear of the truck sits higher than the front. Is this accurate?

    RyanM

Rough country website shows I need SKU:1305 but your website show 1310? Is there a difference? I have cast aluminum control arms.

    • Looking at the Rough Country #1305 2.5 in. Leveling Lift Kit is for all 2007-2018 Silverado and Sierra 1500's with stock cast steel or cast aluminum control arms. We were unable to locate part number 1310 in Rough Country's online catalog.

I got a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE What size tires can I get with a 20" rim. and what offset? I would like 33" tires and negative offset just need to know if its possible and how much offset.

    SpencerG

    • With the Rough Country 2.5 in. Leveling Lift Kit we recommend a maximum tire size of 285/60R20 on a 20x9" wheel with a -12mm offset, though a 0 offset will typically fit better.

Will 295/65R 18 tires work on my Silverado, if I install this leveling kit?

    JohnJ

    • The Rough Country 2.5 in. Leveling Lift Kit will accommodate up to a 285/70/17. The 295/65/18 would be slightly bigger than this and may cause minor rubbing when fully locked.

Best leveling kit for the money

Great quality lift/level kit that is easy to install. Perfect way to make your truck sit the way a truck should, and fit a little larger tire if you want.

      Stamped Steel Version Not Bolt-On

Ordered the kit for my 2017 Z71 Sierra with the stamped steel control arms. I verified on the Rough Country website that I received the correct kit for my truck (SKU: 1312). I started the install process and quickly realized that the lower 2" spacers would fit fine - but the .5" Upper strut spacers require a spring compressor. The kit includes circular upper strut spacers NOT the triangular ones with the bolt holes that are pictured above. I also noticed that the instructions in the box (different than the ones included on website) clearly say that you need a spring compressor to install the .5" shims. Very disappointing especially when the truck is apart and you were promised a fully bolt on install.
