Description
Heavy-Duty Suspension Upgrade. The Kryptonite Products 2.25-Inch Front Leveling Kit; Stage 2 is engineered to level the front of 1/2 ton 6-lug Chevy/GMC trucks by providing up to a 2.25-inch lift using upper and lower spacers. It enhances ride quality on stock, leveled, or lifted trucks and allows for larger tire clearance up to 33 inches. This kit is essential for correcting factory rake, improving suspension performance, and maintaining stock shock functionality using included shock extensions.
Construction and Appearance. The upper control arms are constructed from laser-cut, boxed steel, providing exceptional strength and durability. The kit includes precision-machined billet aluminum spacers treated to resist corrosion, ensuring longevity and a clean, engineered appearance. Bushings, ball joints, and other necessary hardware are included to provide a comprehensive leveling solution.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and does not require drilling. This kit fits vehicles originally equipped with cast steel upper control arms mounted in the factory location. Clearance verification is necessary for wheel fitment, especially with factory steel wheels and some OE wheel models.
Warranty. The kit includes a lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects, premature wear, or breakage, regardless of use conditions.
Application. This product is specifically engineered to fit 07-18 Sierra 1500 trucks with stock cast steel control arms. It is not compatible with trucks equipped with aftermarket or non-cast steel upper control arms. For Magneride equipped trucks, custom bracket modifications are required which are not included with this kit; professional installation is recommended for these vehicles.
