    Description

    High-Performance Style Upgrade. Give your Ranger a definite high-performance style with this Raptor Style Hood in Carbon Fiber. This hood combines an OE-grade design with distinct Raptor-derived styling cues, including its aggressive hood scoop. These factors translate to a relatively simple install and a bold new look when mounted onto your truck. What’s more, this hood features a carbon fiber weave finish to further reinforce its extreme performance looks.

    Brawny Build Quality. This Raptor hood is made from premium carbon fiber sheets in a 2 x 2 twill weave pattern to give it exceptional strength without the added weight. Also, these carbon fiber sheets are expertly hand-laid into specialized molds before the introduction of specially formulated resin. These molds then undergo a specialized curing process engineered to evenly distribute the resin throughout the sheets for maximum strength. Finally, the finished hood receives a UV-protective gloss topcoat designed to highlight the carbon fiber weave.

    Direct Install Procedure. This Raptor-style hood is designed as a direct replacement for your factory counterpart. No major modifications to your truck are necessary. However, it is highly recommended that you install a pair of hood pins to keep the hood stable when driving fast. Additionally, this hood can be painted to match your truck’s factory finish. If you decide to do this, it is suggested that you send this hood to a professional body shop as it requires specialized prep work before painting.
