The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap; 1.50-Inch x 30-Foot; Tan is engineered for extreme exhaust heat conditions often encountered in offroading, dirt track, and desert driving environments. It reduces radiant heat exposure to enhance performance and protect surrounding components, making it ideal for dependable heat shielding on headers, pipes, and exhaust systems.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This exhaust wrap features a unique dual-layer design combining high-temperature glass fiber with a robust 304 grade stainless steel outer exoskeleton for superior abrasion and impact resistance. The tan finish provides a rugged and practical look, while the Air Gap Technology creates an insulating barrier that reduces heat transfer effectively.

INSTALLATION. Installation is simple thanks to the 1.5-inch width and interlocking stainless steel exoskeleton that securely locks when overlapped. No special tools or drilling are necessary. Caution is advised to avoid repositioning or removing the wrap after initial heat cycling, as the fibers harden permanently and may lose flexibility.

APPLICATION. This product is designed to fit universal applications, with some modifications potentially required to suit specific exhaust configurations. It is not advised for use on titanium exhaust systems or catalytic converters to prevent possible material damage or reduced heat dissipation.
