The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap; 1.50-Inch x 30-Foot; Black provides superior heat management by insulating exhaust pipes in extreme environments such as off-road and powersports. It helps reduce heat exposure and maintains performance by protecting exhaust components from extreme temperatures and abrasive conditions.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This exhaust wrap features a dual-layer design comprising a high-temperature glass fiber inner wrap protected by a durable 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton. The black finish offers a rugged yet sleek look while the unique Air Gap Technology ensures an insulating air barrier by preventing direct contact between the glass fiber and hot exhaust surfaces.

INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward due to the wrap's 1.5-inch width and interlocking stainless steel exoskeleton that locks tight when overlapped. No drilling is required, and the wrap is designed for permanent application as removing it after heat cycling is not recommended.

APPLICATION. Fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required. Not recommended for wrapping catalytic converters or titanium exhaust systems due to overheating risks that can reduce component lifespan or cause brittleness.
