Description
Premium Adjustable Shock. The Rancho RS9000XL Front Shock for 4-Inch Rancho Suspension Lift Kit delivers advanced ride control with nine manually adjustable levels of damping. Designed for vehicles that tow, haul, or off-road, this shock absorber provides customized firmness for enhanced handling and performance across varied terrains.
Construction and Appearance. This shock features a robust 18mm nitro-carburized piston rod for corrosion resistance and durability, coupled with a tri-tube steel body finished in a premium liquid metallic silver paint. The assembly incorporates a polyurethane rebound bumper, bushings, and polyvinyl protective boot to ensure long-lasting, smooth operation under extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 248°F.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with included mounting hardware; no drilling is required for proper fitment. It is designed to replace OEM shocks directly on compatible lifted trucks for a hassle-free upgrade.
Warranty. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty, offering confidence in its quality and longevity.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2003-2005 4WD Dodge Ram 1500 models equipped with a 4-inch Rancho suspension lift kit. It is intended for front suspension use and should be replaced with RS994283 once worn out.
