      Description

      Fuel Line Heat Shield. The Vapor Block Fuel Line Sleeve, measuring 0.625-Inch inside diameter by 36-Inch length, is engineered to prevent vapor lock by reducing heat transfer to fuel lines. This keeps fuel cooler, avoiding combustion issues such as rough idling and hard starts caused by fuel vaporization.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from durable glass fiber and polyester, the sleeve is laminated with an aluminum outer layer that provides excellent thermal protection and long-lasting durability. It features a split design with an adhesive flap, allowing easy application and a clean, secure finish.

      Installation. Installation is quick and user-friendly, requiring no fuel line disconnection. Simply wrap the sleeve around the line, peel off the adhesive liner, and press the flap firmly in place, eliminating the need for tools or drilling.

      Application. Designed to fit universal fuel lines as well as other cables, hoses, or lines requiring heat protection; slight adaptation may be needed for some applications. It should not be applied directly to exhaust components due to heat limitations.
