Description
High-Temperature Exhaust Protection. The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve, 4-Inch x 36-Inch, is designed to insulate exhaust components by containing and managing extreme heat. Ideal for larger exhaust pipes, it reduces heat transfer into vehicle cabins and protects sensitive components from thermal damage. The sleeve can be trimmed to the desired length for a custom fit and is expandable for easy installation over irregular surfaces.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made from high-quality titanium knit, this exhaust sleeve withstands temperatures up to 1800°F intermittently and 1382°F continuously. Its knitted structure offers flexibility and expands up to 1.5 times its original diameter, allowing installation over pipe flanges and sensor threads. The natural titanium finish is durable and corrosion resistant.
_x000D_Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling. The sleeve is rolled onto the exhaust pipe and secured with the included stainless steel locking ties and locking tie tool for a secure fit.
