The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve, measuring 4 inches in diameter by 24 inches in length, is engineered to shield exhaust components by insulating heat and protecting nearby parts from thermal damage. It is ideal for covering larger diameter exhaust pipes and provides versatility in installation with its expandable knit structure. This product helps maintain lower cabin temperatures and extends the lifespan of sensors and other heat-sensitive components.

Construction and Appearance. Made from durable titanium knit material, the sleeve features a flexible, high-temperature resistant weave capable of withstanding peak temperatures up to 1800°F. The natural titanium finish offers a metallic, textured surface combining strength with heat resistance while allowing expansion up to 1.5 times its nominal diameter to fit over flanges and threaded sensors.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required. The sleeve can be cut to the desired length if needed, and its ends rolled for a secure fit. Two stainless steel locking ties and a locking tie tool are included to ensure quick and reliable installation.

Application. Designed for universal fit; some adaptation may be necessary depending on specific exhaust configurations.
