Superior Heat Protection. The Heat Sheath GOLD, measuring 0.50-Inch x 36-Inch, is designed to protect automotive lines, hoses, and wires from extreme heat and abrasion. This sleeving helps maintain the longevity and performance of critical components by reflecting radiant heat and preventing damage in high-temperature environments.

Made from a metalized polyimide film laminated onto a durable 20oz heat-treated glass fiber base, this sleeving features a gold finish that reflects up to 90% of radiant heat. It is reinforced with aramid thread, providing excellent abrasion resistance and flame-retardant properties.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no special tools or drilling. Simply unhook the line or hose, cut the sleeving to the desired length, slide it over the component, and reattach.
