It acts as a thermal barrier to reflect and insulate from extreme heat sources, preventing damage to wiring, electronics, and painted surfaces while offering enhanced comfort inside the cabin.

      Construction and Appearance. This shield features an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8-inch composite glass-fiber core. The aluminum surface is dimpled for increased rigidity and reflection efficiency. The product measures only 3/16-inch thick, making it ideal for tight spaces, and showcases a lightweight yet durable design suited for underhood, firewall, transmission tunnel, floorboard, and exterior applications.
