Description
Replace A Damaged Reinforcement Brace. This lower bumper reinforcement is located beneath the bumper cover of Ram 2500 models equipped with either the Sport Appearance or Laramie Luxury equipment packages. Suppose your Ram is involved in a front-end collision requiring bumper repair. In that case, this front brace may also become damaged from taking the majority of the force of the impact, considering the bumper cover is constructed from simple plastic. For a replacement bumper cover to line up properly, this lower reinforcement brace must be free of damage and is a recommended replacement item when replacing the bumper cover in the event of an accident.
For Use With Sport and Laramie Trim Ram Trucks. Depending on the trim level of your Ram 2500, your truck may have either an exposed chrome lower bumper, factory equipped on SLT and Big-Horn trim levels, or a black lower bumper support that’s completely covered by either a Laramie or Sport bumper cover. This Bumper Cover Reinforcement Brace is designed specifically to replace the main bumper support on Laramie and Sport model trucks and is incompatible with standard SLT or lower trim levels.
