    Description

    Enhanced Towing. The RAM 2500 A20 Sliding 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch offers better, silent towing by incorporating patented technology from the A-series, a more straightforward mounting technique, and a 20K fifth wheel hitch power. This 20K 5th wheel hitch provides excellent stability for the trailer while allowing head movement. A poly-torsion insert system in the yoke and an interlocking jaw system in the head help keep the trailer stable and enable it to rotate and swivel as needed. The CURT R20 slider is included with this A20 5th wheel hitch head, allowing it to be installed in a short-bed vehicle with 5th wheelbase rails and a mounting kit (base rails and brackets sold separately).

    Strength and Durability. The RAM 2500 A20 Sliding 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch is built to withstand the rigors of towing, and its robust design ensures that none of its strength is lost over time. CURT sliders roll on wheels that bear the weight of the trailer. The roller quickly moves the 5th wheel head forward and backward, locking firmly into each position as requested using a robust working handle. When uncoupled, the handle locks into the ready-to-couple position and the coupling indicator can be seen from the truck's cab, so it's always ready to use. A black carbide powder coating is included to protect the A20 5th wheel hitch from corrosion and wear.

    Simple Installation. The installation requires no drilling or other modifications. With fewer, lighter parts, it is easier to remove each 5th wheel from the truck bed with a 1-pin head removal. There is no need for extra hardware.
