Description
Functional Performance Upgrade. The Type-CLG Style Ram Air Hood; Unpainted offers a practical replacement for the factory hood by providing a dual hood scoop that channels cold intake air. This design is intended to work with performance air intake systems to improve air delivery to the engine.
Construction and Appearance. Made from hand-laid high-quality fiberglass and resin, this hood includes a gel coat finish on both the top and underside to simplify preparation before painting and to provide a smooth, durable surface ready for customization.
Installation. Designed for installation using the existing factory hinges and latch, this hood requires dry fitting and hand-finishing to ensure proper fitment and paint preparation. Attention to detail during installation is necessary to achieve a correct fit.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2009–2018 Ram 1500 models, excluding the Rebel variant.
