      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from lightweight yet strong 5052 aluminum, the rack features a satin black textured powder coat that resists corrosion and offers an attractive finish. Precision manufacturing using OEM CAD files ensures a contoured fit matching the roof profile exactly, while stainless steel hardware delivers long-lasting durability.

      Installation. Installation requires drilling 10 precise holes measuring 25/64 inches. Neoprene seals are included to prevent water intrusion. The rack bolts to the roof using rivet nuts. Due to the requirements and need for specialized tools, professional installation is recommended for proper fit and secure mounting.
