Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel tubing, the rails are exceptionally resistant to corrosion, rust, and pitting. The chrome finish is plated to a 44-hour Copper-Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray (CASS) rating for durability and a mirror-bright look, while the black finish offers a textured powder coat that resists impacts, scratches, and rust. The die-cast or injection-molded end stanchions include built-in tie-downs with high load ratings, ensuring both strength and aesthetic appeal.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with a no-drill, bolt-on design using the vehicle’s existing factory stake pockets. Each kit includes vehicle-specific mounting hardware, making the process quick and secure, though accessing the stake pockets is necessary.
