      Description

PRECISE AIR/FUEL MEASUREMENT. The Prosport Bosch Wideband LSU 4.9 5-Wire O2 Sensor delivers highly accurate readings of air/fuel ratios across a wide range of mixtures, from rich 10:1 to lean 20:1 ratios. Essential for performance tuning and emissions monitoring, it provides real-time data for optimal engine management, playing a crucial role in efficient combustion and enhanced engine performance.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This oxygen sensor employs advanced planar construction with a sophisticated two-part sensing element, allowing precise oxygen measurement. It includes a built-in heater assembly that rapidly brings the sensor to its operating temperature, ensuring fast and accurate response. Durable materials protect the sensor from high exhaust temperatures and harsh operating conditions.

INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward for those experienced with wideband O2 sensors. Typically, it replaces existing oxygen sensor locations or integrates into aftermarket wideband systems without the need for drilling. Proper handling and secure connections are recommended to ensure optimal performance and sensor longevity.

APPLICATION. Designed for universal compatibility, this sensor suits a wide variety of automobiles and engines when paired with appropriate wideband controllers. Some adaptation or modification may be necessary depending on the vehicle or setup. It represents the latest generation sensor, used exclusively with high-performance wideband air/fuel ratio kits.
