Manufactured with enhanced durability construction, this thermal bypass valve features a dual silicone bushing design that provides 30 percent greater contact area for improved stability and load distribution. Interchangeable silicone bushings are available in 30A, 50A, and 70A durometer hardness ratings, allowing customization to suit specific driving needs. Precision-engineered components ensure reliable operation and long service life under demanding conditions.

      Installation. Installation is considered moderately difficult and may require mechanical experience along with standard automotive hand tools. Access to transmission cooling system components is necessary, but no permanent vehicle modifications are typically required for proper installation.
