      Description

      Heavy-Duty Cooling Upgrade for Duramax Engines. The PPE Performance Silicone Upper and Lower Coolant Hose Kit is built to replace failure-prone factory components on 2006 to 2010 6.6L Duramax Silverado 2500 HD trucks. Engineered for superior durability, this kit withstands high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, making it ideal for heavy towing, performance builds, or extended duty cycles.

      Construction and Appearance. This hose kit features four-ply silicone construction reinforced with internal heat-resistant fibers and five-millimeter thick walls—double the thickness of OEM hoses. The TIG-welded 304 stainless steel "T" fittings and billet aluminum quick-connect ends prevent the cracking and fatigue common to factory plastic junctions. Stainless steel clamps ensure a tight seal and long-lasting reliability under thermal expansion.

      Installation. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, the kit installs easily with no cutting or modifications required. All necessary hardware is included for a secure, factory-quality fit.
