      Description

      Precise Fuel Delivery. The PPE Dual Fueler Installation Kit without Pump enhances fuel delivery by integrating a secondary BOSCH CP3 pump with your stock fuel system. Designed for bolt-on installation, it works alongside the engine computer to supply the exact fuel volume requested, improving pump reliability and supporting higher horsepower applications.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit features a new BOSCH CP3 pump assembly with heavy-duty mounting hardware and a billet aluminum drive pulley with 8 v-grooves for durability and performance. It includes high and low-pressure fuel lines, fuel rail adapters, fittings, and a microprocessor controller for seamless pump integration. The components are engineered for robustness and precision in demanding conditions.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling as it bolts directly onto the existing setup. Assembly is built to order with a 2-3 business day lead time prior to shipment.

      Warranty. The product includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

      Application. Specifically made to fit the 2004.5 to 2007 Dodge RAM 2500 with the 5.9L Cummins engine and equipped with a transmission kick down. Note that this kit does not include the transmission kick down relocation bracket nor its hardware; those components must be purchased separately if required.
