Heavy Duty Suspension. The ALPHA XD Double Convoluted Replacement Air Suspension Spring is engineered to eliminate vehicle sag, sway, and bottoming out when carrying heavy loads. It distributes weight evenly across the tires to provide additional support and enhance driving stability for trucks hauling campers, fifth-wheel RVs, or gooseneck flatbed trailers.

Construction and Appearance. Made from a nylon reinforced rubber air spring with 20 reinforcement wires, this product is built for extreme durability. The end caps are crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum with a black anodized finish, offering a corrosion-resistant, sturdy one-piece design that withstands demanding heavy-duty use.

Installation. Installation is straightforward for professionals familiar with air suspension components. This replacement does not require drilling, making the process efficient and minimizing vehicle modification.

Application. Designed with a universal fitment, this air spring may require some adaptation. It is not compatible with vehicles equipped with MagneRide suspension systems nor with 2", 4", or 6" air spring spacers.
