Description
High-Power Turbocharging System. The On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 7675 BMF Billet Wheel Ceramic Ball Bearing Turbo is a complete bolt-on solution designed to deliver massive power gains for your 6.0L Silverado 2500 HD. Engineered for up to 800 horsepower, this system offers improved throttle response and daily drivability while delivering serious performance for street or strip.
Construction and Appearance. At the heart of the kit is a 76/75mm BMF billet wheel turbocharger with ceramic ball bearings for faster spool and long-term durability. The turbo manifold is custom-designed with a fully divided bank-to-bank layout for optimized flow, while the included 304 stainless steel stepped downpipe and aluminum charge piping ensure strength and efficient airflow. The kit includes a front-mount intercooler, premium 5-ply silicone couplers, stainless T-bolt clamps, and a 44mm v-banded wastegate vented to atmosphere.
Installation. Installation is rated hard and best suited for experienced mechanics or performance shops. Modifications may be required depending on your setup, and tuning is necessary to safely achieve power gains.
