Description
Complete Single Turbo System Upgrade. The On3 Performance Single Turbo System with 7675 BMF Billet Wheel Ceramic Ball Bearing Turbo is designed to transform the power and performance of your 2002 to 2006 6.0L Silverado 2500 HD. Featuring a 76mm billet wheel turbo, stainless steel hot-side components, and polished aluminum cold-side piping, this kit supports massive power gains while maintaining reliability.
Construction and Appearance. Built with high-quality materials, the system includes a Gen 2 cast 304 stainless steel manifold, tubular crossover and downpipes, and bead-rolled 3-inch 6061 aluminum cold-side tubing. The included 44mm V-banded wastegate and 50mm blow off valve provide precise boost control. A 3-inch core air-to-air intercooler, black 5-ply couplers, stainless clamps, and laser-formed brackets ensure both performance and clean fitment.
Installation. Installation is considered hard and is recommended for experienced builders or professional performance shops. The kit includes a complete oil feed and drain system, hardware, and an instruction CD to assist with the process.
