High-Performance Nitrous Upgrade. The NOS Plate Wet Nitrous System for 90mm 4-Bolt Drive-By-Wire Throttle Bodies adds up to 250 additional horsepower to LS-based engines. Designed for both stock and modified applications, this nitrous system enhances power output by injecting nitrous oxide and fuel directly through a CNC-machined aluminum spacer plate, providing a controlled and efficient boost without requiring an injector upgrade. Note that supporting fuel delivery system upgrades may be necessary to reliably achieve higher power levels. This system is intended for race-use only and not emissions-controlled vehicles.

Construction and Appearance. The system features a precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum plate that is durable and lightweight, finished in a blue anodized coating to resist corrosion and wear. The included nitrous bottle is made from 6061 T-6 aluminum, equipped with a high-flow valve, and securely mounted with steel brackets for safe and stable installation.

Installation. Installation involves mounting the single ½” spacer plate directly between the throttle body and intake manifold using the factory 4-bolt pattern. The design retains the stock throttle body orientation and location for an OEM-like fit. No drilling or modification to the throttle body or manifold is required.

Warranty. This system includes a manufacturer’s limited 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Application. Designed to fit GM LS engines equipped with a 90mm 4-bolt drive-by-wire throttle body. Compatible with popular aftermarket LS manifolds such as Holley Hi-Ram and MSD Atomic LS manifolds. This product is intended for general LS application and not limited to any single vehicle model.
