Description
Power Boost System. The NOS Plate Wet Nitrous System designed for 90mm or 92mm 4-bolt drive-by-wire throttle bodies with a blue 10 lb bottle delivers up to 250 rear wheel horsepower gains. It injects both nitrous oxide and fuel directly through a spacer plate, enhancing engine performance without requiring injector upgrades, making it ideal for stock or custom LS-based engines.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the system includes a precision CNC-machined spacer plate that mounts between the throttle body and intake manifold. Components feature a durable anodized blue finish and steel brackets for secure bottle mounting, ensuring strength and corrosion resistance under performance conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, utilizing the existing 4-bolt throttle body pattern. The system retains the stock throttle body location and orientation, simplifying integration into the engine setup.
Warranty. This nitrous system includes a manufacturer’s limited 90-day warranty covering defects.
Application. Designed to fit 2001 to 2012 6.0L Silverado 2500 HD models, this system supports 90mm or 92mm drive-by-wire throttle bodies for this vehicle range.
