The components are manufactured from 8620 steel forgings and CNC triple-lapped to ensure a smooth surface finish and tight tolerances. The heat treatment process includes both carburizing and quenching, resulting in an incredibly tough gear that will withstand the most extreme conditions. Each ring and pinion is hardness tested before leaving our facility to ensure that you receive a product you can trust.
