      Description

      Replace Your RAM’s Worn Carrier. After countless miles, years of abuse, and a lack of routine maintenance, your RAM may be exhibiting play in the rear differential. If not the fault of the ring and pinion, excessive play is most likely the fault of a worn differential carrier, specifically the satellite gears in the differential carrier. When repairing a worn carrier, you can either replace just the gears or the entire differential carrier for a simple, straightforward repair. This Motive Gear 10.50-Inch Rear Differential Carrier replaces the whole carrier and satellite gears in one quick step. 

      Open Carrier. This differential carrier is an open differential configuration, allowing both rear tires to spin independently to navigate sharp turns and tight spaces without binding. This carrier is ideal for fully street-driven applications and will not perform well in challenging off-road terrain. 

      Premium Construction. This differential carrier is manufactured from premium materials to ensure long, reliable service. The carrier is cast from durable iron, while the gears are manufactured from premium 8620-steel.

      Direct-Fit, Factory-Design. This differential carrier is a direct replacement for your RAM’s factory carrier, featuring identical dimensions, a factory-inspired form factor, and provisions for a 14-bolt ring gear. This carrier is engineered to be installed directly into the factory location without modifications to the axle housing for a straightforward installation. 

      Warranty. A 1-year/50,000-mile warranty covers this product against manufacturing defects. 

      Application. This Motive Gear 10.50-Inch Rear Differential Carrier fits all 2003-2011 RAM 2500s.
