Description
Advanced Recovery Solution. The Moose Knuckle Offroad Jowl Split Shackle 3/4 and Mohawk 2.0 Receiver Combo; Red Rum/Gun Gray is engineered to streamline off-road vehicle recovery by providing quick, tool-less connections for tow straps and recovery ropes, enhancing safety and efficiency on the trail. Its patented design eliminates the need for traditional shackles, minimizing downtime during recovery operations.
Construction and Appearance. The shackle body is forged from chromoly steel with a durable powder coating matched to popular automotive colors, while the pin is crafted from high-strength grade 8 carbon steel finished with black nickel plating. The Mohawk receiver is made from warm forged 6082 aluminum with grain flow orientation for maximum strength, featuring a UV and weather-resistant anodized red finish with laser-etched logos.
Installation. Installation is simple and requires only common 1/4" socket wrenches with no drilling needed. The receiver attaches via two hitch pin holes and includes an optional 90-degree rotation feature to accommodate hitch balls, providing flexible mounting options.
Warranty. This product includes a manufacturer's warranty that assures quality and durability.
Application. Fits universal applications though some adaptation may be necessary depending on vehicle setup and receiver compatibility.
