The Jowl® Split Shackle is forged from high-strength Grade 8 carbon steel with a durable powder-coated finish in atomic silver hues, paired with a warm forged 6082 aluminum receiver, anodized and weather-resistant. The robust yet lightweight components are precision machined with corrosion-resistant coatings, featuring rubber anti-chatter pads and nylon isolators to prevent rattling and gear wear while providing an aggressive modern aesthetic.

Installation requires basic tools, with the shackle pin secured by two Metric M18 cap screws designed for 1/4 inch socket wrenches, allowing quick mounting or removal with common ratchets.
