Construction and Appearance. The shackle body and pin are made from durable carbon steel with a robust powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance. The receiver is forged from 6082 aluminum with grain flow optimized for maximum strength and anodized in a UV and weather-proof blue finish. A stainless steel spin ring and vinyl-coated lanyard provide both functional reliability and protection against wear.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with bolt-in compatibility for standard 2-inch hitch mounts. No drilling is required, and multiple pin holes along with the included spacer offer versatile mounting options to accommodate a variety of towing setups.
