      Description

      MR701 Series Wheel. Method Race Wheels MR701 Series Wheel has bold 8-spoke, 8-window design and features the METHOD logo debossed on the lip. This MR701 Series Wheel is perfectly suited for street and off-road applications.

      Patented Bead Grip Technology. Method race Wheels patented Bead Grip® technology aims to be the bridge between a conventional street wheel and a beadlock, which is often not legal for highway use. Integrated Bead Grip grooves, found on both the inner and outer bead seat, engage the tire bead for a stronger hold under extreme side load and lower air pressures. The wheel’s 'safety hump' also gets a more aggressive profile which further stabilizes the tire bead in the seat. The ability to safely run lower pressures without having to worry about the tire de-beading — along with staying highway legal — will undoubtedly be a bonus to off-road enthusiasts.

      Matte Black Finish. This Method Race Wheel is completed in a high quality, black finish for an aggressive appearance that everyone will envy. For added protection and good looks, this Wheel features a durable, matte clear coat that is tough enough to stand up against the hazards of everyday driving - including road chips and pitting.

      One-Piece Aluminum Construction. This Method Race Wheel is manufactured from solid A356 aluminum which is T6 heat treated for additional strength. T6 heat treatment is a process which the aluminum alloy is solution heat treated then artificially aged to increase its strength by as much as 30%. The result is a strong, durable wheel that can take the abuse of on and off-road driving.
