Description
OEM Grade Catalytic Converter. The Magnaflow Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter; OEM Grade provides an effective solution for ensuring your vehicle meets federal emissions standards while keeping the check engine light off. It is designed to replace the original part with precision, maintaining proper exhaust flow and engine performance through easy DIY installation without needing cutting or welding.
Construction and Appearance. This catalytic converter is built using highly corrosion-resistant 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds. It features a clam-shell body type finished in stainless steel, with mandrel-bent tubing and integrated flared receivers for smooth exhaust flow and OEM-like fitment.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and designed for a direct-fit application, requiring no drilling or welding. Essential gaskets, hardware, and two Torca clamps are included to simplify the mounting process and ensure a secure fit.
Warranty. The product includes a limited emissions warranty and a construction warranty for lasting reliability and performance assurance.
Application. This catalytic converter is compatible and designed specifically for the 2000-2003 4WD Dodge Dakota models with 3.9L and 5.9L engines. It is not compliant for use in California, Colorado, or New York due to regional regulations.
