Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing, this catalytic converter offers exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Featuring a clam-shell body type and a stainless steel finish, it is precision welded using durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds to guarantee long-lasting performance and OEM-like aesthetics.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with included essential hardware such as gaskets and a Torca clamp, requiring no cutting or welding. The direct-fit flange inlet and factory-matched sensor port locations simplify the process for a quick, secure fit without modifications.
Warranty. This catalytic converter comes with a comprehensive emissions warranty and a construction warranty to reassure quality and reliability.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 1997 through 1999 Dodge Dakota equipped with a 5.2L V8 engine and 4-wheel drive. This unit is compliant with Federal/EPA standards but is not CARB certified and therefore is not legal for use in California, Colorado, or New York.
