Description

Critical Frame Reinforcement. The Kryptonite Products Idler Support Frame Gusset is engineered to strengthen a commonly stressed area of the vehicle frame where the idler support mounts. It significantly reduces frame flex and steering slop, especially under heavy load or off-road conditions, helping to protect the front end from damage.

Construction and Appearance. Made from precision-cut 1/4” thick plate steel, this gusset offers strong, durable reinforcement. The design features a weld-on side for secure attachment to the frame and a bolt-on side for the idler support, ensuring a robust and clean installation.

Installation. Installation involves welding the gusset to the frame on one side and bolting the idler support on the other. Welding skills and tools are required, but no complicated modifications or drilling are needed for fitment.

Warranty. This product includes a no fine print lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects and premature wear or breakage.
