Designed as a complete replacement set for upper and lower ball joints, this kit is ideal for HD truck owners running aftermarket upper control arms and seeking improved suspension performance and reliability. These premium joints provide solid steering feel and withstand off-road abuse and heavy towing loads.

      Construction and Appearance. This ball joint package features 4140 chromoly steel ball studs with induction-hardened bearing surfaces for maximum durability. The bearing housings are constructed from a blend of sintered graphite, bronze, and 1045 steel, offering superior strength and wear resistance. Each joint is finished with a corrosion-resistant black E-coat and includes reinforced silicone polyurethane dust boots. Fully greaseable and pre-lubed with Chevron EP2, they're designed for consistent maintenance and longevity.

      Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and recommended for experienced DIYers or professional mechanics. The bolt-in upper joints are compatible with OEM-style stamped steel or cast aftermarket control arms, making installation straightforward with the proper tools.
