Description
Heavy-Duty Tie Rod Ends. The Kryptonite Products Death Grip Outer Tie Rod Ends deliver exceptional strength and durability for heavy-duty truck steering systems. Designed to handle both stock and lifted suspensions, these tie rods provide critical performance enhancements for improved handling and reliability under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from a solid 1-1/4” hexagon steel body with heat-treated chromoly nickel outer studs and all-steel inner ball sockets, these tie rods resist bending and provide long-lasting durability. They come finished in a black powder coat with laser-engraved branding for a sleek, corrosion-resistant appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with bolt-on compatibility to factory-style center links, requiring no drilling. Some modification or alteration of the sway bar end links may be necessary when installing with the Fabtech RTS lift kit.
Warranty. This product includes a no fine print lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects, premature wear, and breakage regardless of use type.
Application. Specifically engineered for 2011-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD trucks equipped with a Fabtech RTS style lift kit. Note that these tie rods will not fit OEM knuckles and are designed to work with aftermarket knuckles using an alternate sized outer rod end.
