Description
Heavy-Duty Front Lower Ball Joint. The Kryptonite Products Front Lower Ball Joint is engineered to replace worn or damaged OEM ball joints, ensuring reliable steering and suspension performance. Designed for demanding workloads, it maintains vehicle stability and handling by providing durable and precise joint movement.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heat-treated 4140 Chromoly steel for exceptional strength, this ball joint features oversized heavy-duty internals, a serviceable grease port, and a corrosion-resistant E-Coat finish. The joint comes pre-greased with premium Chevron Ultra EP2 grease to enhance longevity and reduce maintenance needs.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring a direct press-in replacement without the need for drilling or modifications. A break-in period is necessary, during which slight stiffness and simulated memory steer are normal.
Warranty. Backed by a no fine print lifetime warranty covering defects, premature wear, or breakage to the original purchaser.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2014 through 2026 4WD Ram 2500 models. This product is not compatible with vehicles that have previously had knurled ball joints installed.
