Description
Increase Engine Performance. For a significant increase in engine performance and efficiency, choose the K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake. It has been designed to be larger than OE intakes for better airflow and increased efficiency. It has also been tested to add up to 10 horsepower to your truck and improve its throttle response, combustion, and engine sound.
Efficient Design. This cold air intake accelerates airflow to your truck’s engine while effectively filtering out minute particles better than stock air intake. That’s because the 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake uses a large conical shaped component which is bigger than OE and most aftermarket intakes.
Extremely Durable. The 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake has been precision molded from interlaced high-density polyethylene which reduces turbulence during intake while accelerating airflow to the engine. It’s also covered in a highly durable heat shield component which separates it from the engine. The filter is made from washable and reusable cotton gauze material for optimum filtering and long-lasting use.
Bolt-On Installation. The 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake installs easily with the included adapters. Installation usually takes less than 90 minutes to complete with no drilling or welding.
Million-Mile Warranty. This K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake is guaranteed to be free from any defects in material and workmanship with a million-mile warranty. This excludes damage resulting from improper installation, accident, or abuse.
CARB Certified. The K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake is CARB certified. It is legal to be used in California and in states where California emission standards are being used. CARB EO Number: D-269-49
Application. The K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake is made to fit all 2009-2013 GMC Sierra 1500 6.2L trucks.
Technical Note. The K&N Cold Air Intake is not designed for vehicles equipped with a Body Lift.
