      Description

      Maximum Oil Separation. As beneficial as your positive crankcase ventilator or PCV valving system is to your truck, it has one drawback. It has a tendency to cause vaporized oil to be inadvertently vented back into your intake, which can transform into troublesome engine sludge. Fortunately, this can be easily remedied with the J&L V3.0 Passenger Side Black Oil Separator. This component is designed to trap vaporized oil, preventing it from entering your engine.

      High-Tech Design. The J&L V3.0 Passenger Side Satin Oil Separator functions via a high-tech filtering system that consists of a fine stainless steel mesh, and an aluminum honeycomb filter. This system works by trapping the oil vapors and condensing it to a liquid that’s then collected in a catch-can where it’s held till it’s time to be discarded. This catch-can comes with a 3-ounce capacity that’s good for about 3,000 miles between emptying.

      Strong Aluminum Build Quality. The J&L V3.0 Passenger Side Black Oil Separator is crafted from billet aluminum, taking advantage of the metal’s strength to weight ratio. This oil separator can is CNC-milled for a super-strong one-piece component. This catch-can comes with a rubber O-ring to prevent leaks and a knurled base that makes opening the unit for draining easier, even if it’s oily. Lastly, this oil separator is finished in natural satin for a classy look when installed.

      Straightforward No-Mod Installation. The J&L V3.0 Passenger Side Black Oil Separator is engineered as a plug and play component that mounts in between your intake and PCV valve. This oil separator comes with hoses that utilize a push-lock system, eliminating the need for clamps. Also, installing this separator requires just standard hand tools.

      A 1-Year Limited Warranty Backing. The J&L V3.0 Passenger Side Satin Oil Separator is backed a 1-year limited warranty covering workmanship defects. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.
