      Description

      Advanced Oil Vapor Control. The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator is designed to prevent oil vapor and blow-by from entering the intake system of your Ranger's EcoBoost engine. Featuring a passenger side configuration, the J&L 3.0 Oil Separator captures oil and contaminants before they reach the intake manifold, helping maintain cleaner airflow and improved engine efficiency.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from solid billet aluminum construction, this separator provides durability and long-term performance under demanding engine conditions. The black anodized finish enhances corrosion resistance while delivering a sleek engine bay appearance. Internally, a fine mesh stainless steel filter improves separation efficiency, while the knurled tank base allows easy draining and maintenance. An O ring seal design ensures a secure, leak-free fit.

      Installation. Installation is easy and requires no drilling or permanent modifications. The separator installs using factory mounting locations and included hardware for a straightforward bolt-on upgrade.

      Warranty. This product includes a limited lifetime warranty.
