Description
Performance Upgrade. The JBA 1-5/8-Inch Shorty Headers with Silver Ceramic coating enhance exhaust flow by replacing restrictive factory manifolds. Designed for the 6.0L engine, they increase power and efficiency for trucks and SUVs used in daily driving, towing, or racing.
Construction and Appearance. Built from durable mandrel bent stainless steel tubing, these headers feature a proprietary Firecone collector for optimized exhaust scavenging. They include 3/8 inch thick machined flanges with oversized ports and a semi-gloss metallic ceramic coating in grey for corrosion resistance and an attractive finish.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with factory-style emission connections and included mounting hardware. No drilling is required, making these headers suitable for enthusiasts with moderate mechanical skills.
Application. Specifically designed as a direct replacement for the factory manifold on 03-06 6.0L Silverado 3500 models without EGR air tube.
