Description

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from mandrel bent stainless steel, these headers feature a proprietary Firecone collector for optimized performance. They come with a durable metallic ceramic coating in a grey semi-gloss finish that provides resistance to heat and corrosion while offering a sleek, professional appearance.

Installation. Installation requires welding and the use of a JBA Y-pipe, indicating a moderate level of mechanical skill is needed. The package includes replacement spark plug wires and/or boots to facilitate the installation process.

Returns. These headers come with a 90-day return policy subject to authorization and return instructions from the supplier.

Application. Designed to fit 2001-2003 8.1L Silverado 3500 trucks without EGR air tube or smog pump, ensuring compatibility with these specific configurations. This header set is intended for performance upgrades on compatible GM heavy-duty models within these years.
