Description
Satellite Radio Antenna Upgrade. This SiriusXM Satellite Radio Antenna Kit offers a reliable solution for adding or upgrading SiriusXM satellite radio capabilities in compatible 2007 and newer Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles. The kit enhances satellite radio and GPS signal reception and supports multiple mounting methods, including hard mount, soft mount, and magnetic mount, tailored to different vehicle and radio configurations.
Construction and Appearance. The hard mount version includes 100% factory OEM Mopar components, featuring a durable dual antenna designed for optimal GPS and SiriusXM signal reception. The soft mount kit uses high-quality aftermarket magnetic SiriusXM and GPS antennas combined with a multiplexer. The magnetic mount option provides a single aftermarket SiriusXM antenna intended for non-navigation radios. All components are finished to blend seamlessly with vehicle exteriors and interiors.
Installation. Installation difficulty is moderate, rated 3 out of 5. The hard mount option requires drilling into the roof, while the soft and magnetic mount options offer no-drill installation with magnetic mounts and plug-and-play connectors.
