Description
Advanced Suspension Shocks. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series Rear Piggyback Shocks for 0 to 1.50-Inch Lift are engineered to provide enhanced suspension performance and ride comfort for your vehicle. These shocks deliver improved damping control and stability both off-road and on-road, ensuring a smooth ride and effective handling in various driving conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum with CNC machining, these shocks feature a one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinder for excellent corrosion resistance and a consistent finish. The shock shaft is induction hardened and chrome plated, complemented by PTFE lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware for durability and precision.
Installation. Installation requires moderate skill and may involve slight modifications to the rear shock mounts. Drilling is generally not necessary, making the upgrade straightforward with proper tools and knowledge.
Warranty. The shocks come backed by a comprehensive warranty covering workmanship and materials, underscoring the product’s quality and reliability.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 07-18 Sierra 1500, these shocks are not compatible with vehicles equipped with Magnetic Ride Control and are not recommended for hybrid models.
