      Description

      Advanced Suspension Technology. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Extended Travel V.S. 2.5 Series Front Piggyback Shocks with CDCV for 6 to 8-Inch Lift are engineered to enhance off-road performance and on-road comfort. These shocks feature adjustable compression damping and a unique internal bump zone that provides superior control during high-velocity suspension compression, reducing harsh bottom outs and improving ride quality.

      Construction and Appearance. Built with premium materials, these shocks include a 6061 aircraft grade aluminum CNC machined manifold and a CAD plated, precision-machined 1026 DOM steel shock body for outstanding durability and corrosion resistance. The one-piece digressive piston incorporates a 7/8 inch diameter induction hardened, chrome plated shaft, paired with PTFE lined spherical bearings to maintain both function and appearance under demanding conditions.

      Installation. Installation requires aftermarket upper control arms with a high angle ball joint. The process is moderately challenging but does not require any drilling, making it accessible for enthusiasts familiar with lifted suspension systems.
