      Description

      Advanced Suspension Performance. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series Rear Piggyback Shocks with CDCV for 6 to 8-Inch Lift are engineered to provide superior off-road capability and smooth on-road ride quality. These shocks offer precise 10-level compression damping control, enabling vehicles to handle rough terrain while maintaining comfort and stability.

      Construction and Appearance. These shocks feature one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders that resist corrosion and deliver a consistent finish. They include CNC machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components and a nitrogen-charged monotube design with a piggyback reservoir to improve heat dissipation. The shock shaft is induction hardened and chrome plated for durability, complemented by PTFE lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.

      Installation. Installation is moderately challenging requiring standard suspension tools but no drilling. These shocks are designed for direct bolt-on fitment with vehicle-specific mounting points to ensure proper alignment and function.
